Oppdatering 19.11: Litteraturlista mi er i ferd med å vokse over alle støvleskafter, så eg er no sakte i ferd med å migrere til EndNotes. Denne sida vil dermed sannsynligivs ikkje bli så veldig mykje meir oppdatert.
